Our Mission
At The Matthew 25 Mission, we strive to improve the lives of underprivileged men, women, and children by providing them with food, shelter and clothing in Florida. Our aim is to break the cycle of poverty and give everyone a chance at a better future.
Our mission of providing food, shelter, and clothing is driven by the belief that every individual deserves access to these basic necessities for a life of dignity and well-being.
We strive to provide immediate relief to those families
facing hardships and emergencies. Our goal is to ensure that
no one goes hungry, sleeps on the streets, or lacks appropriate
clothing to protect themselves from the elements.
In addition, we provide whatever pastoral, social and emotional support is required to serve the needs of those who come to us and/or are referred to us for assistance. Whether it is a child, teen-ager, adult, married couple or senior citizen, we pride ourselves on being the foundation that reposnds to any and all needs whenever and wherever we are able.
Our Vision
Our vision of assisting the poor with food, shelter, and clothing accomplishes the mission set forth in the Gospel of Matthew 25:31-46.
We envision a world where every person, regardless of their socio-economic background, has equitable access to sufficient and nutritious food, safe and adequate shelter, and appropriate clothing
that meets their basic needs.
Going above and beyond, we also respond to all individuals and families that are faced with any type of life crisis whatever the situation may be.
By aligning our efforts with this vision, we aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and communities, ensuring that the fundamental rights of every person to food, shelter, and clothing are fulfilled as well as any other pastoral, social, or emotional needs.
